Unauthorized withdrawals from my account post a hotel booking. Be aware of this FRAUD!!!
I was reviewing my bank statement and observed 15 USD withdrawals from super.com for both this month and the previous one. I attempted to investigate this issue and found that while booking a hotel on their website, I was enrolled in a membership without my consent, which led to monthly deductions from my account. Such practices are typically fraudulent and are often used to circumvent Article 2 of the credit card company's policies. After spending half an hour navigating their site, I found no contact number for customer support; however, I was able to cancel the membership through the chatbot. If you attempt to cancel directly from your account, the link becomes unresponsive and prevents you from reviewing or canceling. I would not recommend anyone to utilize their site and strongly advise checking your bank statements for any unauthorized withdrawals. 30/07/2025- so you honestly tell your customers that your customer should start paying 15 usd because customer just booked a hotel? Only a fool will take that option. As mention these tricks are there to overcome article 2 of the credit card company as difficult to prove. Eitherways this is the last time I used your site.
