I purchased through super.com tonight…
I purchased through super.com tonight at the Holiday Inn in Wheat Ridge Colorado back in May 2025. After I purchased or hit submit, I sat there for a few minutes and thought maybe I should call the hotel. I called the Holiday Inn gave them my name and they had no reservation under my name. Mind you this was the day of the purchase. A couple of hours later after I had decided to cancel. I received a text that it could take up to 3 days for my reservation to be confirmed. I also purchased their travel insurance which is nothing but a scam unless you can provide documentation for a list of reasons to cancel. So pretty much what happened was I could not get a refund their insurance is crap because they don't stand by it and I did not get a refund and I was very hesitant to travel to a major city without a hotel reservation being confirmed.
