Unreliable Booking and Poor Customer Service
I booked a hotel through Super.com on July 6, 2025, for a stay on July 15, 2025. Despite having a confirmed booking from Super.com, when I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation. I contacted Super.com multiple times before my check-in date to confirm my reservation, but they failed to provide any clear updates or solutions. On the day of check-in, I was left stranded at the airport with no hotel room and had to book another hotel at my own expense. Super.com’s delayed communication, lack of support, and failure to guarantee reservations—even when booked more than a week in advance—caused me significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected costs. I strongly advise caution when booking with Super.com and recommend using more reliable platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia to avoid this kind of problem.
