The representatives were difficult to communicate with—audio kept cutting out and there was a lot of background noise. They even hung up on me, and I had to call back multiple times. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they told me to contact the hotel myself and showed no willingness to assist further.

I had never heard of this site until I got a charge on my credit card. Apparently I had been subscribed without my knowledge. Seems really fraudulent. I cancelled my subscription immediately and am disputing the charge with my bank.

you just go and try to do a hotel booking and you'll see. nothing is mentioned about the USD 15 monthly membership fee, no mention anywhere. you secretly and automatically join this super+ membership and they quietly charge you without authorization. in my booking confirmation email, there is also no mention of super+ membership and USD 15 monthly fee. even you use incognito mode to check their website, it's the same you will be joining the super+ membership by default and nowhere mentioned about the super+ membership fee on the checkout page. then you have 100 pages of terms & conditions for simply booking 1 night of hotel. their system is intentionally designed to set this up and rip you off. if you claim i have signed up for this super+ membership thing, why didn't they send any email confirmation? and before they are charging the USD 15 fee, there is no email notification. after the charging there is no invoice no email notification. they just quietly charged my card without even wanting to tell me. look at how many other people here in trustpilot complaining about the same cheating behaviour ...
