I booked a room
I booked a room. Then booked again the next day which is today. The hotel can't find my reservation. I've been waiting for four hours on a answer and now the hotel is kicking me out because the people at super won't call them to explain the situation. So dont book through them. I thought they were a great company but this is the worst experience ever.

Good price with a scam attached
Good price with a scam attached. They surreptitiously sign you up as a Super+ member in order to get their price. The surprise comes when and if you notice a $15 monthly charge on your credit card statement. Never ever again!

Representatives were nice but unhelpful
Representatives were nice, but unable to help me with my issue and some errors on their website with booking which was frustrating. Nice, but pretty unhelpful.

Best Savings!!!
Normally my friend makes the reservations, but she is on the road and asked me to do it. We are so happy to have saved some money. Kind people work in their lobby but are not allowed to give us these kind of rates.

Caveat Emptor
We were traveling and searching for a hotel. Found a good price on Super and booked. I missed something as we discovered a "membership" charge on our next statement. I'm sure I missed something in the booking process, but it was certainly NOT obvious I was agreeing to membership. I.e., caveat emptor!
