Super Start Battery Reviews

Professional service from start to finish. They diagnosed the problem correctly, provided a fair quote upfront, and completed the work efficiently. The battery came with a good warranty too.

The technician was knowledgeable and the battery replacement was done professionally. However, the cost was higher than I expected compared to doing it myself. The convenience factor is worth something though, and they did come to my location which saved me the towing expense.

Battery died right before an important meeting. Super Start came out even though it was weekend and got me going fast. Really appreciate the emergency service availability.

Love that they come to you instead of having to deal with towing or jumping the car. The technician was friendly and explained what was wrong. Installation was quick and professional. Small issue was they didn't have the exact battery model in stock but the replacement works fine.

Used their services twice now and both times the experience was smooth. They arrive when promised, work efficiently, and clean up after themselves. The new battery has been performing well for months now.

The actual battery replacement went smoothly and the tech was competent. However, they were about 45 minutes late from the scheduled time and didn't call to update me. Communication could be better but the end result was satisfactory.

Called them during a snowstorm when my battery gave out. They still managed to get someone out within reasonable time considering the weather. Professional work and fair pricing for emergency conditions.

Service was fine and they were punctual, but I later found out I could have gotten the same battery for much less at an auto parts store. You're definitely paying a premium for the convenience of mobile service.

Service was fast and the guy knew what he was doing. Only complaint is they only accept cash or check, no credit cards which was inconvenient. Had to run to ATM first.

Called them when my car wouldn't start in the parking lot at work. They arrived within 20 minutes and had me back on the road quickly. Professional technicians and fair pricing. Will definitely use again if needed.

They got the job done and were on time for the appointment. Battery seems to be holding up well after a few weeks. Nothing exceptional but solid reliable service.

Stranded at the mall with kids in the car and a dead battery. Super Start had someone there in under 30 minutes and handled everything professionally. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.
