Great product and great value

Great quality, easy to put up , did not recive all parcels together, it took 3 deliveries over a week.

Delivery was quick, multiple drops over a few days. Two of us put it all together in around 5 hours. Instructions are pretty good. It comes with tools but I'd recommend using a ratchet set and adjustable spanner to speed the build up. Now its built feels sturdy and perfect for the job

Really impressed! I changed my order slightly after dispatch and they were excellent in sorting it out. Quick delivery and just solid service.

Product 5/5...... assembly instructions 1/5. Very impressed once it was assembled, however trying to assemble with the instructions provided was time consuming. Please strongway, provide your own assembly instructions or a video! The amount of times we realised we had to take it apart as we'd put something on the wrong way was frustrating. However once we'd finally assembled it is a great product. I have given 5/5 for the product itself.

Fast and friendly service. Website very clear and easy to use. 1 item missing but it was delivered the following day by courier as it was left on the van.

I purchased a heavy duty weight bench. It arrived in a reasonable time period and the bench itself looks quite solid. My main criticism were the assembly instructions. Not at all detailed and there did not seem to be any You Tube videos to assist. But i eventually completed the task.

Fast delivery one piece.missing replaced fast. Instructions could be alot clearer top tip number all the nuts and bolts etc first will speed things up the head scratching pain of assembly is far outweighed with the resulting perfect home gym excellent value for 💰 money.

Prompt deliver of adjustable dumbbells which are great.

Ordered a multi Gym , which arrived on time and in good condition. Opening up to get the manual to study the installation, found a lot of pages were blank or had missing information. Reached out on Chat to Manish, who searched and found a PDF of the the manual and emailed it over. This was late on a Friday which meant I could complete the multigym build over that weekend. The gym itself is well made and took just over 4 hours to build. Great product and great customer service.

Manish was professional and items are ok good quality

Communication was great with Manish and any queries I had were always answered. The Smith Machine arrived in a timely fashion via FedEx in three separate deliveries, so I wasn’t over faced with the 28 packages all at once. The product took 7-8 hours to put together on my own, it was easy enough to follow the instruction - just take your time and have patience. Overall I’ve had a great experience with Strongway in part due to Manish and his quick responses and assistance. The equipment is exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely delighted with this set. Bought the 5-20kg set with rack. Ordered and arrived within a week. Did come in two deliveries but think that was down to DPD. Rack built within 30 mins and easy to do. Weights a perfect fit. The perfect addition to the home gym!
