Brilliant overall experience
Communication was great with Manish and any queries I had were always answered. The Smith Machine arrived in a timely fashion via FedEx in three separate deliveries, so I wasn’t over faced with the 28 packages all at once. The product took 7-8 hours to put together on my own, it was easy enough to follow the instruction - just take your time and have patience. Overall I’ve had a great experience with Strongway in part due to Manish and his quick responses and assistance. The equipment is exactly what I wanted.
