I recently purchased some weight plates from Strongways Gym Supplies but I mistakenly ordered 2inch holes instead of 1inch. The service provided by Manish was excellent and I very soon received the correct weight plates at no extra cost! Fantastic! If only all companies were like Strongways Gym Supplies.

I've bought Home Gym Equipment from Strongway before. The quality is excellent and so is the customer service. Didn't hesitate to go back to them to get more kit to add to what I have. Signed "A very happy customer" 😊😊😊

I purchased a set of dumbels it cost almost £1k with a suitable rack. Unfortunately rack is a made completely out of any sense as its missing 30mm so the dumbels almost falling down. Customer service offered me £20 discount or take rack back but obviously I need one for so many dumbels. It's a joke they haven't check the rack before and after design.

I recently purchased an ultimate smith cage package deal and it was on pre order. However, the customer service team (Manish) was amazing in arranging delivery of what was in stock early so that I could get training asap. The equipment was amazing and very high quality. There were issues with the order; first FedEx missed an item but Manish sorted it and was great at updating me with progress on resending the missing item. Secondly, there was an issue with one of the cables, again Manish was great in dealing with the manufacture fault and sent a replacement within days. Sometimes these things happen but I feel it’s how the company deals with issues is a measure of their service. I was extremely impressed with the service and the products that I bought. I have already ordered additional kit and will be buying all my gym kit from them going forward. Can’t recommended them enough!!

So the power cage was very easy to order. Once I clicked on it, was recieved an extra 5%. The item arrived on time except it arrived 2 boxes short. I attempted to ring them, but no one answered to phone. The remaining boxes arrived 2 hours later. I reported it but all they told me was it had arrived which was very frustrating. Assembly was straight forward, except the cabling. If you by this, look it up on YouTube as the instructions made no sense. The rack is very good value. It is very sturdy. The spotter bars are useless as the pins fall out. But beside that it is a really good piece of gym equipment.

We ordered a multi gym,weights and a bench from strongway.very impressed with it all.its of very good quality,bit of a headache to find someone that could build the item,we did in the end.just hope you provide a service like that would help greatly.overall everything is great,the customer service from Manish was excellent,very helpful and put me at ease,and the quickness of reply to my emails again excellent.thanks for everything Manish

Great customer service, great products. I ordered the Smith's machine and dumbbell tower, there was quite a lot delivered but all came without a hitch and great quality! Definitely be shopping here again for all my gum needs!

This is an edited review. Lots of early delivery issues due to higher demand than expected. Once received the product is good value for money. The instructions were pretty good, bit tricky to install the pulleys and wires but by that point you have got your head around how they are written. I would buy again.

Ordered a 5-20Kg Rubber Dumbell Kit with 3 shelf rack and a bench. I ordered this as 2210 on 22nd of September, it was delivered by 1500 on the 24th of September, crazy really to get that sort of gear loaded up and delivered that quickly. Quite a few mix reviews for M Walia and the other companies under that umbrella but it all went well for me.

Instructions quite hard to understand, and doesn’t show all the parts in the instruction booklet as to where they are mentioned to go.

Absolutely amazing equipment, the quality is second to none, I purchased a bundle including a multi gym that consisted of a smith machine and a 3 point cable machine with an abundance of attachments, a bench, Olympic bar, multiple dumbbells and a dumbbell rack, the equipment was that good I then ordered another bench with a leg extension bar and a curling pad along with an Olympic curling bar and a tricep bar, I will 100% be using Strongway again

Ordered a cable crossover machine that came with a broken part, contacted strongway and recieved a response the next morning. Manish was extremely helpful, responded quickly and sent a replacement bar which arrived within two days. Excellent customer service and a good bit of kit.
