Stp Oil Filter Reviews

Really like the build quality of this filter - the metal housing feels substantial and the anti-drain back valve works properly. Installation was quick and easy with my standard filter wrench. Been using it for about 4,000 miles now with no issues. The only thing I'd change is maybe offering it in a multi-pack for better value.

Really impressed with how clean my oil stays using this filter. Cut one open after 5,000 miles and the filter media looked great with good dirt retention. Will definitely continue using STP filters.

Straightforward oil filter that fits well and does its job. No complaints about performance or quality.

Standard oil filter that gets the job done. Nothing fancy but reliable.

For a budget-friendly oil filter, this performs admirably. I use it in my older truck for regular maintenance and haven't had any problems. The construction feels solid enough and it's much cheaper than premium brands while still doing the job effectively.

The filter itself works well and seems to be good quality construction. However, I had to double-check the part number because the initial one I ordered didn't quite fit my 2019 Ford F-150. Once I got the right model, installation was smooth and it's been performing as expected. Would recommend just being extra careful with the part matching.

I'm a mechanic and use these filters regularly for customer vehicles. They consistently perform well and I haven't had any failures or issues. The threading is clean and they seal properly every time. Good value for shops that go through a lot of filters.

The oil filter itself is fine - does what you'd expect from a standard filter. My main complaint is that shipping took longer than promised and customer service wasn't very helpful when I inquired about the delay. Product quality is decent though.

Works fine for basic oil changes. The filter media seems adequate and it fits properly. Price is competitive but I've used better filters from other brands. It's not bad, just nothing special that makes it stand out.

This filter has been working great in my Honda Civic for the past 6 months. The build quality feels sturdy and the price point is reasonable compared to other brands. Installation was straightforward with no issues. Only minor complaint is that the packaging could be better - arrived with a small dent in the box.

Been using STP oil filters for years and they never disappoint. Easy to install and does the job well.

The filter works okay but the gasket felt a bit thin compared to my usual brand. Had to be extra careful during installation to avoid over-tightening. It's holding up fine after 3,000 miles but I'm not sure I'd buy again.
