Fantastic top quality
Fantastic top quality running shoes for nearly half the price. Delivered very quickly in great packaging 10/10. I’ve used start fitness many times before and I will keep on using them. Very reliable and one of the very best around.

Great customer service
Great customer service, quick delivery. My shoes arrived with gifted pair of socks, all well packed. I had to return the shoes as were too small and return process was very swift as well. Overall received a great service.

Brooks trainers.
Bought 2 pairs of trainers for my wife and I. Both pairs had large discounts . Very pleased with the cost and service. The only slight moan is that the free pair of socks that came with my size 10.5 trainers were for feet size 5-8.

Excellent service from Start to fitness (pun intended) Excellent service, my order arrived next day and although I needed to change for a different size (correct size sent just too big) The returns process was quick and easy and I re-ordered the half size down which arrived next day. Would definitely recommend and shop around start fitness again.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Ordered a £500 item and paid extra for next day delivery. Instead of applying common sense and posting for Saturday delivery (next day and same cost) this company have posted for delivery in 3 days time, which was a reduced cost option. I have therefore been charged for a premium delivery service which they shouldn’t have listed if this couldn’t have actually been fulfilled. Asked for a refund of the extra postage but have been met with the excuse of, our system is automatic, yes it automatically offers services which you have now confirmed impossible to fulfil. Refund of additional postage refused and this company will not get my business again. Buy elsewhere from a company who advertises a service which they can actually complete.
