Langsom. Både på at få sent og forsendes firmaet også,, bestil den 16 klar til at bliver sendt den 20 og de forventer første jeg har den den 24….. det eneste sted de er hurtige er til at trække pengene og bed om udtalelse på Trustpilot….

Artikel is gewoon te bestellen, gelijk betaald, daarna door hen geannuleerd, omdat het niet geleverd mag worden naar Nederland (?) Ik bestel op een Nederlandse site. Wanneer iets niet geleverd mag worden, zorg dan dat het niet te bestellen is! Bedrag is gelijk afgeschreven, in mail waarop je niet kunt antwoorden staat 4 tot 5 dagen tot terugbetaling. 1 ster is eigenlijk nog te veel

First Dao lost my package, they made quick work of finding it again. Then I received the wrong ball in my package, and their costumer service helped me out right away. Sad mistakes, but great service all way through.

Overordnet super god service

Overordnet super god service, bestilte pakken om fredagen og modtog tirsdag eftermiddag. (GLS manden) ringende inden han leverede pakken for at sikre rigtig adresse. Den var forsinket en dag, men det synes jeg nu er helt ok.

Dårlig service

Efter kortvarig brug af et par dyre benskinner gik de op i syning såvel som stof. Med forventning om evt. et par nye eller en eller anden form for kompensation blev vi i stedet, over to omgange, mødt af en anklage om vi selv (11 årig dreng) bevidst skulle have skåret i dem. Jeg kan have forståelse for at ikke alle klagesager kan falde ud til kundens fordel, men at anklage dem der betaler ens løn, må være regulær dårlig kundeservice eller netop mangel på samme...

Jeg returnerede en ordre den 11. december 2024. Jeg kan se, at den blev leveret den 17. december, men pengene er endnu ikke modtaget retur. Det er ikke muligt at komme i kontakt med kundeservice.

You get a fishy feeling about the…

You get a fishy feeling about the webshop. But the product was a good price and I got what I ordered. Shipping took forever, understandable during the holidays, but still a whole 8 days after'expected delivery'. Combined with a terrible track and trace, that halts terribly as the parcel goes from the international to local delivery... there are absolutely no updates, and the parcel seems missing. Would use again, but stay incredibly patient. Ordered 18/12, delivered 4/1.
