Langsom. Både på at få sent og forsendes firmaet også,, bestil den 16 klar til at bliver sendt den 20 og de forventer første jeg har den den 24….. det eneste sted de er hurtige er til at trække pengene og bed om udtalelse på Trustpilot….

Artikel is gewoon te bestellen, gelijk betaald, daarna door hen geannuleerd, omdat het niet geleverd mag worden naar Nederland (?) Ik bestel op een Nederlandse site. Wanneer iets niet geleverd mag worden, zorg dan dat het niet te bestellen is! Bedrag is gelijk afgeschreven, in mail waarop je niet kunt antwoorden staat 4 tot 5 dagen tot terugbetaling. 1 ster is eigenlijk nog te veel

I har bedt om en vurdering INDEN I har leveret varen? Det kan betyde en del forskellige ting - at I ikke har tillid til at jeg vil vurdere jer godt når jeg har produktet? At I ikke har styr på jeres IT systemer? At I kun vil vurderes på købeoplevelsen, og ikke produktoplevelsen? Uanset hvad er der ikke mange årsager til at give jer en god vurdering her.

Slecht! Ik wil graag iets retour sturen en dat ik lees alleen maar online dat je je geld dan niet terug krijgt. Ook moet ik maar liefst 15,- retourkosten gaan betalen omdat het terug moet naar de VK. Terwijl het pakketje uit Den Haag komt. Wat een slechte klantenservice, ze hebben geen eens een mailadres!!!

Fik et kvalitetsprodukt til en vildt god pris bestilt med ekspreslevering. Pakken kom på 2 dage fra England. Alle gebyrer osv. var klaret af SportsWorld, selvom pakken kom fra England (udenfor EU). Kort korrespondance med dansk kundeservice (Esben), som var glimrende. Jeg kan slet ikke genkende de dårlige anmeldelser, så jeg synes, det var på sin plads med en god anmeldelse. Mit forløb var til fem stjerner, og jeg ville bestille hos SW igen.

Sports World ESBJERG Elendig service. Købte et par sko og returnerede dem dagen efter og jeg måtte ikke få penge tilbage. Kun tilgodebevis.. ren bondefangeri da jeg ikke er blevet oplyst om dette inden jeg købte skoene.

If I pay almost 100kr extra for express delivery for latest to arrive the 30th and it’s doesn’t arrive (spoiler it hasn’t) I should not have to pay for it - ridiculous and scammy

Extremely frustrating return process – would not recommend

I ordered several items from Denmark (SDDK50001001304804), but a few of them were completely different from what was shown on the website — either the sizing was way off or the product didn't match the description or image. Trying to return them has been a nightmare. First of all you cant return the items in physical store. Next, there’s no email or phone number to contact customer support — only a limited FAQ and a return portal that isn’t helpful. To make it worse, the site says I have to send each return item in a separate package. That means paying for shipping multiple times, which makes no sense and feels like a way to discourage returns altogether. Very disappointed with the experience. I won’t be ordering from here again.
