My purchase arrived quick and was packaged very nicely. It was bubble taped extremely well so no damage was involved in the delivery. Once opened it was just what we expected and more. A very nice Birthday present for my son that he will cherish for years to come.

Paid over $100 extra for quicker shipping and just received today and it didn’t come with the advertised certificate of authenticity They did refund my shipping costs. Still wondering about the certificate of authenticity. William Johnson

Recently purchased an item from them
Recently purchased an item from them. Hit a little snag in the beginning but once I was in touch with Joe, the owner, he went above and beyond to help me out. The item I wanted was no longer available after my purchase. Joe was very nice and thorough in addressing my concerns and even got me a better option for the same price, which he didn’t have to do. Got the replacement shipped to me immediately. Great customer service. You can tell he takes pride in his company and the service he provides. Thanks again Joe, looking forward to future purchases.

Disappointed is an understatement
First of all, when I paid for shipping it was supposed to be UPS ground shipping, with an expected delivery date of January 3. The fact the package I ordered came via FedEx 3 days late on January 6 is the least of the problems with this order. The package arrived mangled, and the photo inside bent, creased, crumpled, and damaged. This is just flat out unacceptable. I would not buy from them again. Edit: thank you for the reply. I wasn’t aware, I was just going by the tracking provided, which all said January 3 delivery date. Sorry about that. After speaking with the company president, he got the issue resolved so fast and offered me a full refund for the damaged product. Honestly, I’m astounded as customer service issues usually do not get resolved this quickly! This shows me that SportsIntegrity cares about the customer experience a lot. Although this order did not go as planned for me, I would be open to ordering from them again, and will give them the benefit of the doubt here with the damaged item.
