Disappointed is an understatement
First of all, when I paid for shipping it was supposed to be UPS ground shipping, with an expected delivery date of January 3. The fact the package I ordered came via FedEx 3 days late on January 6 is the least of the problems with this order. The package arrived mangled, and the photo inside bent, creased, crumpled, and damaged. This is just flat out unacceptable. I would not buy from them again. Edit: thank you for the reply. I wasn’t aware, I was just going by the tracking provided, which all said January 3 delivery date. Sorry about that. After speaking with the company president, he got the issue resolved so fast and offered me a full refund for the damaged product. Honestly, I’m astounded as customer service issues usually do not get resolved this quickly! This shows me that SportsIntegrity cares about the customer experience a lot. Although this order did not go as planned for me, I would be open to ordering from them again, and will give them the benefit of the doubt here with the damaged item.
