Order not received and no updates as to when I can expect delivery. Very disappointing.
Paid for next day delivery as kids needed a pair of trainers for holiday only to get an email the next day saying it wont be delivered. Happy to take the extra money for a service that wont happen but offer no refund. Don't waste your money.

Ordered 3 pairs of shorts, only sent 2. Wouldn't mind but when they charge you 5 quid delivery, you'd think they could get the order right.

I ordered a football for my grandson for his birthday, paid for standard delivery only to find Sports Direct had “lost” it in their warehouse. Customer service person named Eliza said they can’t compensate by sending another by next day only standard delivery. Thank you useless Sports Direct for spoiling my Grandsons birthday, I will never be using your company again. It’s no wonder companies like Temu and Shein do better than British companies when customer service doesn’t count at all.
Turns out SportsDirect use Evri to deliver only Evri constantly fails to deliver in my area... parcels are 'lost' and it takes weeks for refunds etc... When you try to report this to SportsDirect the auto chat bot refuses to let you speak to a human. Result, I will never buy from SportsDirect again. Useless.

Rubbish returns policy. It's a con. Paying to return an item is absolutely rubbish when you have already paid to have it delivered. Won't buy from again.

I was sent a wrong item, one golf club of a half set was incorrect. Asked for a replacement, told i could only get a refund as you didn't have any replacement clubs even though they were showing as stocked. I replied that they were still available to order and miraculously a club was found and sent. Took a week no club, lost or destroyed by EVRI, so another club sent, this also was lost by EVRI, I was refunded I didn't want a refund I wanted a club to make up my set. Ordered the club again, paid £11.99 to be sent overnight by DPD it's now delayed. Abysmal
