I was sent a wrong item then two replacements lost by courier
I was sent a wrong item, one golf club of a half set was incorrect. Asked for a replacement, told i could only get a refund as you didn't have any replacement clubs even though they were showing as stocked. I replied that they were still available to order and miraculously a club was found and sent. Took a week no club, lost or destroyed by EVRI, so another club sent, this also was lost by EVRI, I was refunded I didn't want a refund I wanted a club to make up my set. Ordered the club again, paid £11.99 to be sent overnight by DPD it's now delayed. Abysmal
