Have dealt with Speedy Freight for a few years now, and have to say the customer service is second to none. small teams covering specific area's so you are always dealing with the same people, and they are always willing to assist and try to help.

Easy London branch -Immaculate communication and stress free service.
My first experience with the East London branch was amazing! I was let down by Parcelforce so needed an emergency collection and delivery today. Adam handled things so smoothly. I was put at ease straight away. Effortless! Immaculate service and communication. Thank you for taking away the stress.

EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL
I have just started to use Speedy Freight for shipment of agricultural machinery both within the UK and overseas. Steve Spittlehouse from the Doncaster area is very professional and goes the extra mile to assist a smooth operation. He is friendly and very thorough, also helped with all the paperwork needed for export T1 forms and acted on our behalf as a third party rep. I have just had a very large machine going to Germany which he planned. It was collected on time and one and a half days later is with our customer in Germany and they are also very happy. The prices are also very competitive and definitely well worth the value. I would highly recommend this company and have already passed on their details to other clients. Thank you for a fabulous friendly and professional service.

Very efficient and straightforward
Straightforward to work with. I got in touch yesterday to get some decking picked up. Job was done today. Siobhan in the Glasgow office kept me up to date throughout the process and Davie the driver was very helpful at the drop off at this end .

Speedy Freight Glasgow office are excellent
Used the Glasgow branch last week and again today and they are always able to help us out, reply instantly to our emails, give us accurate timings of their collection time and let us know exactly when it will be delivered. We also receive constant updates until the job is done and POD received within minutes of delivery being made. Very good company to deal with and for us having a Local Glasgow branch to deal with is exactly what we are looking for in a hauiler.

Forgotten work parcel
They were very quick at replying as this parcel was urgent. Everything from start to finish including the driver who was very polite was five star. Although if I'd had time I may have looked around for something cheaper it was quite expensive
