First time we have used Speedy Freight…
First time we have used Speedy Freight for a same day collection from our supplier and delivered to Newcastle. Spoke to Ben he was back within 10 minutes to confirm the collection and delivery would happen. Goods were collected within the hour ETA was emailed, goods delivered on time would definitely use this again, thank you Andrew for your help

(London Branch). We use these guys on a regular basis for both small and large deliveries. They are all really helpful and will work with me to come to solutions if I have a particularly awkward delivery/site. In my line of work I can cancel and rebook, swap and change on an hourly basis or need a delivery the same day. They always accommodate & are always friendly, no matter how many times they have to change a job for me :) . I love their new portal to help me keep track of deliveries on the day. Becky & Scarlett are who I mainly deal with, they are fab! - Thanks for always being patient. Oliver is always on hand for anything particularly 'different' situations that I need some extra support with. Their Customer Service defiantly deserves 5*.

Dealings with Speedy Freight have always been excellent. The working relationship I have with Magda is second to none. She is very polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. When Nik came to visit he was also very pleasant and we were happy to welcome him to Astle. They collect promptly and on time and always advise when delivery has been made.
