Reliable, friendly and super helpful service! It's all in the name, they are definitely 'Speedy' with their responses. Certainly what we need in our line of business with last minute orders for delivery! Definitely recommend Speedy Freight company for their services!

Great customer service!
We had a last minute, late night need to have something collected from one site & delivered to a second early the following morning - this was not a problem & all sorted with the exchange of a handfull of emails, amazing customer service from the office & driver!

As a business we use Speedyfreight Newcastle on the regular, especially across Oct-Jan which is our busiest time of year. I liaise with Andrew and Ben pretty much all of the time and I can't stress enough just how helpful, accommodating, reliable and friendly these guys are. They're always so easy to get hold of - just a phone call away, are quick to respond and provide quotes, are really reasonable with rates and also have had to deal with me having made mistakes a few times but are patient and understanding. Super ace guys, great service, always a pleasure.

Great service all the time
I was recommended to use Speedy Freight by one of our suppliers and I am so pleased with the service. My company set up an account with them immediately and I really enjoy dealing with Abu who always goes above and beyond to organise deliveries for us efficiently and gives a very personal and professional service. I can highly recommend the company and I will always use them instead of DHL or Fed Ex.

10 out of 10 for service from us at LPA connection Systems
We have been using Speedy for a a good few months, mainly for delivery and collections of parts that we have machined which we we can't afford to have courier companies lose. It is very easy to book a delivery or collection, everyone we speak to is so polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. we had a face to face meeting with Ashley, it's nice to feel valued as a customer, unlike when using larger firms.

Would definitely recommend
I had tried 3 other well known larger companies where I had problems making an online booking. It was very nice to be able to speak to a real person. Imran was very helpful and the process was easy, through booking, payment and delivery confirmation. Will definitely use Speedy Freight again.
