Problems sorted!
I had a regular same day job that I was being let down with, had a couple of cold calls from Speedyfreight Warrington so I thought I would see what they had to offer. To my surprise, they were cheaper so decided to give them a try. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Job was done in a timely manner and our customers were impressed with the driver. We now have the same driver doing this job each week, customers are happy so, I am happy. We also had a job going to France and were encountering problems with customs clearance, Niamh from Warrington branch said she would like a try, we discussed the problems and devised a plan. So far, so good. No holdups with customs, drivers are polite and punctual. So far, this has been a positive move, keep up the good work Warrington team!

Been using Speedy Freight for a fair amount amount of time to give an accurate review, It's safe to say they take the hassle out of shipping. We get a lot of last minute request and the Team at Speedy deal with our emails and call efficiently. I have yet to come across another company that take such pride and treat each shipment as their own making sure collected / delivery in a timely manner.

Needed to send 6 pallets to Southampton…
Needed to send 6 pallets across the country and found speedy freight on Google. Called their London office on Monday morning and spoke to Becky who gave me a quote within a few minutes and sent me all the confirmation via email. She then arranged a driver for collection of my goods for the next morning so my goods could be delivered on the same day. I was given confirmation documents and photos of successful delivery 2 hours after the collection. From start to finish a fantastic customer experience. Thank you Becky and I will be using speedy freight in the future if my needs require.
