Backpack collection from lost property, and delivered to owner!
My colleague, who was on a business trip in the UK, accidentally left his backpack at Blackpool North train station just before heading into an all-day meeting. With an international flight back to the UAE approaching, retrieving the backpack quickly was critical. I spoke with Hannah at Speedy Freight, who was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She swiftly arranged the collection and delivery of the backpack from the station's lost property department to a hotel in Newcastle. The communication throughout was clear, timely, and professional — and most importantly, my colleague was reunited with his backpack before his flight home!
