Excellent service Charlotte dealt with my booking. I was unable to get my head around the booking online and comparing packages seemed hard. I contacted them via WhatsApp, Charlotte gave me a breakdown of different places that were available on the dates I needed, what would be included for each one and really helped make it clear and simple for me to book. Very much appreciated.

I have called Spa Break multiple times for help and they are the most helpful people from a customer service perspective that I have ever experienced. Not only they are precessional, they are pragmatic and active driven. Both times I have my issue sorted straight away and there’s no request for feedback or do surveys to see how well they are doing. On top of that, I get to talk to a real person every time and they are living in this country.
From initial enquiry to completion of my booking, the service was professional, friendly and efficient. All questions answered promptly. The team (Drew) are first rate and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

After having some issues with a previous booking due to changes at the hotel, Sophie was absolutely fantastic. She was so accommodating and quickly found us an alternative option nothing was too much trouble. She turned it all around really fast and made the whole process completely seamless. I will always go to Sophie for my bookings moving forward.
Booked aqua thermal journey for two with lunch on spabreaks website. Didn’t give me option of how much to put on gift card just asked me to pick experience. When recipient came to cash in she had to add to the voucher. Not what I wanted her to do. I wanted to pay for the whole spa package for her. Should be sold as a gift card towards spa package not as the package .in future will go direct through spa hotel itself

I had a very smooth and efficient experience when booking in my spa packages for April. I couldn’t book online because the online system won’t let me book beyond 31st March so I WhatsApp chatted one of the agents and Jessica replied and she helped me book in all my packages for my friends and I with no issues. She even sent through a confirmation email with all the details exactly as I requested so thank you Jessica for your help with booking us in for April - I really appreciate the quick response and the smooth booking experience. 😃💕
One of the worst spa treatments I have ever experienced. I purchased a spa treatment at Shangri-La Spa as a gift for my husband and myself for £600, and I was extremely disappointed with what we received. It started with being led to a very small, shared changing room for all guests, where there wasn’t even a place to sit while changing. Is this really what is expected from a luxury spa? The pool was tiny, there was only one steam room, and the bathrobes were dirty. We were then taken to our massage wearing bathrobes, through long corridors and an elevator shared with other hotel guests. For a couples spa experience, having to walk through public areas and share lifts and hallways with other people completely eliminates any sense of privacy, intimacy, or romance. The “massage” itself was nothing more than very light, superficial touching, performed by therapists with very average skills. It was far from a professional, high-quality treatment. For this price, this was by far my worst spa experience.
Refund was processed over two weeks ago and STILL haven’t received it. Phoned up again this morning to find I have to wait another week to receive my refund. Refund due to negligence on the company’s part and yet another error on the system and they’ve made me wait nearly 3 weeks for a refund. I am so upset with this company and they’ve offered nothing to reimburse me.

Be aware they DONT DO REFUNDS. after the spa I was supposed to be using messed up our booking the day we were supposed to be traveling. I asked for a refund. As it was not our fault at all. They wouldn’t do it and insisted on either re booking us or giving us credit to use with them in the future. As it was a Christmas present and I had other stuff around the trip I had to go that day. Eventually I accepted they weren’t going to refund me it was like banging my head against a brick wall. So accepted that they would try and find somewhere acceptable. Eventually we settled on another venue as we were limited to one of the spas on there list. it cost a bit more than the original booking. And we couldn’t do our treatment together but had to settle or the whole weekend would have been ruined. the back and forth took over 4 hours on the phone by the end of which I was furious that they wouldn’t just refund my money so I could re arrange something myself. Thats what I wanted from the start. I will never be booking with them again after that experience and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else either.
