Be aware they DONT DO REFUNDS

Be aware they DONT DO REFUNDS. after the spa I was supposed to be using messed up our booking the day we were supposed to be traveling. I asked for a refund. As it was not our fault at all. They wouldn’t do it and insisted on either re booking us or giving us credit to use with them in the future. As it was a Christmas present and I had other stuff around the trip I had to go that day. Eventually I accepted they weren’t going to refund me it was like banging my head against a brick wall. So accepted that they would try and find somewhere acceptable. Eventually we settled on another venue as we were limited to one of the spas on there list. it cost a bit more than the original booking. And we couldn’t do our treatment together but had to settle or the whole weekend would have been ruined. the back and forth took over 4 hours on the phone by the end of which I was furious that they wouldn’t just refund my money so I could re arrange something myself. Thats what I wanted from the start. I will never be booking with them again after that experience and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else either.
