We can not back up the file. We got two error codes. We called customer service and spoke to ZEM. He took down our information and sent it on to the their tech team. We received a confirmation email from them stating that the problems had been received. We were told that within 24 hours, we would get a reply. No reply ever came and now, when I call the customer service #, I had to fill something out on their website to request service which I did. I do not recommend this at all and I may request a refund.

I purchased QuickBooks through SoftwareUSA, but the software never connected to Intuit, making it unusable for the features I needed. I contacted customer service repeatedly and followed every recommended fix for months, but none resolved the issue. Communication was often difficult—many representatives had limited English proficiency, which made it even harder to troubleshoot effectively. After extensive back-and-forth, one agent finally acknowledged the issue couldn’t be resolved and promised a refund within a week. That refund never arrived. My follow-ups were met with vague responses like “we’ll get back to you,” but no one did. In total, I paid $400 for a product I couldn’t use and never received the refund I was promised. I’m sharing this experience so others are informed before purchasing. I hope SoftwareUSA takes accountability and resolves this properly.

After my post concerning this software not being legit, I was contacted and I was refunded my money. We certainly appreciate that however, we must state the facts and the truth that if the software. If it was correct from QuickBooks like it should be then the licensing should’ve showed up with QuickBooks. All I can say is it may have been a fluke, but I don’t believe so according to the support agent at Quickbooks. I did receive my money back, but I would not recommend the purchase. Software was missing components. It wasn’t until we wrote the bad review that they realized I wasn’t playing. No one should have to go through this.

I never received the activation code, never received an answer through the chat or the ticket created, nor by email. Had to request a cancellation of the order, and again never received an answer to that.
