I purchased QuickBooks through SoftwareUSA, but the software never connected to Intuit, making it unusable for the features I needed. I contacted customer service repeatedly and followed every recommended fix for months, but none resolved the issue. Communication was often difficult—many representatives had limited English proficiency, which made it even harder to troubleshoot effectively. After extensive back-and-forth, one agent finally acknowledged the issue couldn’t be resolved and promised a refund within a week. That refund never arrived. My follow-ups were met with vague responses like “we’ll get back to you,” but no one did. In total, I paid $400 for a product I couldn’t use and never received the refund I was promised. I’m sharing this experience so others are informed before purchasing. I hope SoftwareUSA takes accountability and resolves this properly.
