I was in dire straights with downloading the new version of QB from their site. I was put in touch with Zim who took controll and installed the program without a hitch.

I just ordered a download of Microsoft Word 2021 because it was less expensive than the 2024, and I mostly just use Word to write Lyrics and make Set Lists. I couldn't remember if I had purchased a "download" or if I would have to wait for the package to come in the mail. When I called to ask, Sam took my call. He explained that the 2021 version of Word was sold out, but he would be happy to give me the 2024 version for the same price. Not only that, but he offered me the complete Microsoft package for the same price, and it is a download. He was very helpful, polite and made certain I understood how to go about downloading it when I receive the prompt. Thank you very much, Sam!

Absolutely unbelievable service! I was so worried because I couldn’t get my activation key to work and thought it would take a long time for them to get back to me. Boy was I wrong! No sooner had I sent the email then they replied. I can’t say enough about their customer service!
