We can not back up the file
We can not back up the file. We got two error codes. We called customer service and spoke to ZEM. He took down our information and sent it on to the their tech team. We received a confirmation email from them stating that the problems had been received. We were told that within 24 hours, we would get a reply. No reply ever came and now, when I call the customer service #, I had to fill something out on their website to request service which I did. I do not recommend this at all and I may request a refund.
