One of the best buys I have ever had! You can carbonize anything with it! Good stuff.

I LOVE my SodaStream. It broke while under warranty and they replaced it with an updated model. The only request they made was that I send a video of it not working. It was so easy and everyone was prompt to respond. Fast forward to a year later - I order my CO2 refills directly from SodaStream. I received an email stating that my refill exchange was not received so I would be charged. I called and with ZERO pushback they refunded my money. The product is great. The customer service is unmatched. 11/10

I love love love my sodastream but... Getting the refills is a permanent pain and terrible customer experience. I keep 2 bottles spare but everything ran out and I have still not been able to find any cannisters. Both massive retailers on either side of me are always out of stock. The amount of time, energy and money wasted going to check if they have stock is insane. I do everything else shopping wise online, how am I not able to order my refills online and have those delivered as well. I am based in Cape Town South Africa and really hope that there is a better solution to be able to get my refills that I'm not seeing....

Falsely report unreturned canisters despite the shipment being marked as delivered by USPS.

Ich habe jetzt seit 1 Woche den SodaStream Art benutzen dürfen. Es ist wirklich praktisch, man kann je nach gusto die Sprudelstärke anpassen indem man öfters/weniger am Hebel zieht. Man kann auch erfrischende Getränke damit machen, z.B Zitrone passt perfekt dazu. Es ist einfach zu gebrauchen und der Zylinder Wechsel ist auch ganz einfach, man kann online einen nachbestellen und den alten leeren Zylinder in den Briefkasten stellen.

Bonjour Produit de mauvaise qualité. Les bulles sont peu nombreuses et on ne maitrise absolument pas le produit que l'on obtient. On a beau appuyé 4 fois c'est insuffisant. Un vendeur m'a avoué qu'il faillait acheter le produit électrique pour maitriser les bulles. Déçu par le produit.

Great product and first class customer support!

I was helped by Richard through Sodastream. I will say this was probably the most excellent customer service I've gotten from anyone through the last year. I expect a slower response understandably from online sites but the response times were excellent. My issue was quickly identified and resolved in a few emails with little to no lag time at all. Richard went above and beyond my expectations and I'm very grateful for the quick, professional help I received.

A $16 license applies to operate each cylinder (not a deposit) and returning empty CO2 bottles nets you $1 each so stocking up is not a good idea. The cannisters are also price fixed regardless of where they're purchased. Notwithstanding, Sodastream is otherwise a solid product that has actually been around for more than a century. I do enjoy not dragging home a load of bottles and cans each week. I just wish they offered more flavoured with natural sugar not artificial sweeteners

I am amazed by this company. I was gifted a soda stream and love it.Only had it a few months and it stopped working. I camtacted the company and they where more then happy to help. They where only going to send me a new CO canister.and when I received the email confirming order, they where replacing both the canister and the soda stream. In all after I contacted them a week later I'm back in the bubble business. I love this company and their product!!

I had purchased two faulty canisters and thought it was the machine that was broken and purchased a new one. Customer support let me know that they had a batch of faulty canisters distributed, apologized, sent me two new canisters and a water bottle as a gift. When I asked for a way to return the new unopened machine i no longer needed, they said they would refund the purchase without wanting it returned.
