I LOVE my SodaStream
I LOVE my SodaStream. It broke while under warranty and they replaced it with an updated model. The only request they made was that I send a video of it not working. It was so easy and everyone was prompt to respond. Fast forward to a year later - I order my CO2 refills directly from SodaStream. I received an email stating that my refill exchange was not received so I would be charged. I called and with ZERO pushback they refunded my money. The product is great. The customer service is unmatched. 11/10
