I placed an order on June 15th, and now it’s July 14th—a full month later—and I still haven’t received it. First, they lost my package, then communication became a mess. They were unclear about what was paid and what wasn’t, and I kept getting conflicting or vague updates. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I expected better service and transparency. I still haven’t gotten my product, and at this point, I just want my money back or some kind of compensation for all the wasted time. I won’t be ordering from them again unless they make this right.

Ich habe am 26.06.25 schon mal mein Leid geklagt und auch bis heute, am 13.07.25, habe ich weder Nikotinbeutel noch mein Geld in Höhe von 149,24 € zurück bekommen. Ich warte nun seit 12.03.2025, dass SnusDirect meine Erwartungen erfüllt, vier Monate sind eine lange und sehr ärgerliche Zeit. Ich bekomme nur freundliche Briefe, um mich hinzuhalten, aber es tut sich NICHTS.

Many thanks to the customer service. It is best to call them if the order stays on "waiting" for many days. They sorted out the problem (in this case "KILLA" cold was sold out) and took care of fast delivery!

Despite UPS failing to hold up their end of the bargain delivering in 4 days instead of two the products I received were excellent. Unfortunately the shipping delay got me anxious and I originally left a negative review but the products are genuinely nice and well packaged. Thank you
