So everything was good but packing is bad because you can tell from 1 kilometres that you ordered a snus. Guys pls pack it in cartons or something not in paper 🙏

I received the product
I received the product, but only after a week. They charged €4.99 for delivery, so I expected it to arrive in less than 5 days. Instead, it was 3 days late compared to what was promised on the website. I couldn’t find any support options, and I can already guess the kind of generic reply I’d get if I wrote an email. Because of the delivery issue, I’m giving it 3 stars.

NICHT BESTELLEN!!!
Snus für ca. 100€ bestellt. Angeblich falsche Empfängeradresse angegeben (meine Daten sind bei paypal seit jahren richtig hinterlegt). Statt Deutschland soll Frankreich dringestanden sein. Bestellung wurde seitens snusdirect storniert. Geld nicht zurückbekommen! Sogar Abrechnungen als Beweis geschickt weil die es angeblich nicht glauben. E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet vom Support…. Das ganze geht schon 4 Monate… Schlechtester Support überhaupt!! Die Seite ist absoluter Müll und Betrug!

Erstbestellung - Besser geht es einfach nicht
Dies war meine erste Bestellung bei Snusdirect. Der Versand verlief schnell, blitzschnell. Das Angebot und die Preise sind auch unschlagbar. Ein kleines technisches Problem wurde sofort behoben, vielen Dank dafür an den Support. Ich werde gerne hier wieder kaufen.
