I placed an order on June 15th, and now it’s July 14th—a full month later—and I still haven’t received it. First, they lost my package, then communication became a mess. They were unclear about what was paid and what wasn’t, and I kept getting conflicting or vague updates. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I expected better service and transparency. I still haven’t gotten my product, and at this point, I just want my money back or some kind of compensation for all the wasted time. I won’t be ordering from them again unless they make this right.
