Hello, I ordered this snus on 11 April. It is now 15 April. I paid 19.99 Euros for "Delivery 1-2 days". It has been 4 days. I sent Snusdirect two messages on their website, no reply. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again. Keith Miller

Kam nie an wegen falscher Adresse auf dem Paket. Ging zurück an den Absender. Warte auf Rücküberweisung. Wenn angekommen wird die Bewertung angepasst. An customerservice(at)snusdirect.eu habe ich bereits am 14.04.25 geschrieben.

Die Bestellungen werden unverzüglich bearbeitet. Die Qualität der snus ist gleibleibend gut. Ich bestelle die snus für meinen Partner, der sich dadurch das langjährige Rauchen abgewöhnen konnte. Ich selbst benutze ab und zu die tabak- und nikotinfreien snus. Die machen so schön wach.

Das Paket ist beschädigt angekommen. Die Tüte ist entlang der Naht gerissen. Leider fehlten zwei Stagen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Michel

Il faut penser à doubler le prix. A chaque fois je reçois une taxe ups 1 mois après du même montant que mon achat. Peut être les frais de douanes... Mais c'est jamais précisé avant l'achat...

Took some time to send out my order, but once it was processed in the warehouse, the experience was smooth. Will definitely shop here again.

Ups failed a delivery, they promised a resend never followed through, lots of lazy excuses and useless exchanges till march of 25. In the end, there was no refund, they send me a transaction ID and even a PayPal Worker told me that the ID link is not real. If you don't receive you order, I hope for you that the order was just a small one, because they might pull a quick on you. You won't see any true customer service. They just hold the line with excuses until you loose your motivation. Even though deliveries are insured. Petty shit. The reason I gave 2 stars is, that one failed delivery soured the past good experiences, usually quick delivery. Just what is that refund / customer service, you can do better. And my 50€ in your pocket don't belong there.
