I paid 19.99 Euros for express service but... no.

Hello, I ordered this snus on 11 April. It is now 15 April. I paid 19.99 Euros for "Delivery 1-2 days". It has been 4 days. I sent Snusdirect two messages on their website, no reply. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again. Keith Miller
