Failed delivery, broken promises
Ups failed a delivery, they promised a resend never followed through, lots of lazy excuses and useless exchanges till march of 25. In the end, there was no refund, they send me a transaction ID and even a PayPal Worker told me that the ID link is not real. If you don't receive you order, I hope for you that the order was just a small one, because they might pull a quick on you. You won't see any true customer service. They just hold the line with excuses until you loose your motivation. Even though deliveries are insured. Petty shit. The reason I gave 2 stars is, that one failed delivery soured the past good experiences, usually quick delivery. Just what is that refund / customer service, you can do better. And my 50€ in your pocket don't belong there.
