I received the product

I received the product, but only after a week. They charged €4.99 for delivery, so I expected it to arrive in less than 5 days. Instead, it was 3 days late compared to what was promised on the website. I couldn’t find any support options, and I can already guess the kind of generic reply I’d get if I wrote an email. Because of the delivery issue, I’m giving it 3 stars.
