The initial check form was simple to use and my finance agreements came back very quickly.

It states no win no fee which is fine but I couldn't find what percentage you take as your fee if successful. I will therefore not be persuing this with you

Easy to fill out initial forms

Just signed up and it was easy

On visiting their website to find out whether I qualified for mis-sold car finance, I was asked to fill it some details. Before I knew it they informed me that I had signed up with them and they were going to act on my behalf. I tried to immediately contact them on the phone number supplied only having to listen to a long message telling me to email them and they would try to answer within five days. I replied to the email they sent me only for it to be "undeliverable". This really is a case of a company getting too big too fast and forgetting about the customer. By the way all I wanted was to find out what their fee would be. Now I do not want Slater & Gordon to act on my behalf
