Always book with the airline because if anything goes wrong, you’re going to regret having to either change your ticket or cancel it. Having said that, the reason this is a three star review rather than a one star review is because the person at sky wings called Scott was very helpful in operating under the unfair rules sky wings operate.
Patric the travel consultant was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely polite. Throughout the booking process he was very reassuring. I would love to deal with him in future.
