Service levels very high. Had an issue with the booking and they contacted me almost immediately to help with it. Robert was great, sorted out the booking. Would definitely consider again.
Strange experience. Had my booking confirmed online but when it came to payment the page wouldn’t load. Phoned up and was told the price was no longer valid and I was quoted more. After a bit of arguing I got the original price. After the initial nonsense Robert was very helpful.
I’ve use Skywings a few times their are very efficient Well recommended company I called the company to chase up my e-ticket and skylar was happy to help and resolved my issue quickly excellent service
Kathy Wilson went out of her way to help me with my booking, especially when prices keep changing online. It gets a bit confusing. Kathy talked me through a number of options for my booking and looked into every detail I asked her about. I’ve used Sky wings twice now and I’m very happy with the service both times
