Very easy to use, friendly service and helpful staff
youll spend all day on the phone and internet for quite a few days sorting your policy there lovely to you when your paying then when they want you to put your national insurance number in big no for me to many people steeling identity’s from the net so after 20 phone calls numerous emails and frustration them sending you your full policy after giving them all your proof they start asking more questions you do all the admin yourself I wouldn’t bother go to a proper insurance company

Sky Insurance have been great, friendly service and competitive insurance on my import car. Easy to contact and deal with. Whenever I rang up they put me through to the person who initially setup my quote. No complaints at all

Ridiculous prices for renewing and adding on more miles, £300 for 1000 miles is insane. The mileage is based and worked out by the price of your insurance premium and also by the score you have on your black box. My score is fairly bad on the speed section so question them asking why my score is bad and there answer was as i was going 58mph on a 60mph in breaking the regulations of the insurance company because of the fact that young drivers 'should not be going that fast' when they are that young. even though that is the speed limit. And as i would have to pay £300 for the adding of miles they have the cheek to charge me £25 for the admin fee, which i ended up not paying for through reasoning. As they wanted me to pay for the mileage add on they cut me off the phone calls 4 times in one day and the 5th time i called up they said they will get back to me and call me up within the next day and they had not done this. so they want my money but make it really difficult for me to pay for the mileage price.
Rubbish. Within 24 hours of online application Sky issue a 7 day cancellation notice compelling you to call them to "validate" your application. Call them and the numpty you needed to talk to is unavailable and they don't call you back as promised. The comment below is also rubbish. No one called, no one apologised...

Set my learners policy up efficiently and quickly, first insurance taken out and were very informative and good at helping me understand. Customer service was excellent.
Completed online but then wanted to confirm details on phone, kept missing their calls and didnt ring back when arranged. Threaten to cancel insurance if they dont speak to you in 7 days. Very strange proceedure.
At first they couldn't give me a quote on my modified car but rang back to let me know they'd checked with an underwriter and beat the next best quote by £400,would definitely use them again
