Spoke to Luke and he got me the best price for my insurance and called me back as promised. Best customer service received from Sky Insurance then I have received at any other car insurance company.
I have been with sky for more than 5 years. Last time I had to cancel one of my insurance from them because I was getting a significant lower premium from somewhere else. When I called them to cancel the insurance I was told to send an email to customers services with few details. I did as instructed but no reply. Then had to call customer care to check some lady answered me saying it’s been taken care off but I have inot revived any confirmation email. I again called them after 2 days another one said “Sorry but we haven’t received any cancellation email” . Please foreward me the emails that’s been sent earlier for cancellation and we will cancel & refund you the money from the earlier date. Forwarded the email and this time I received an email with an acknowledgement saying it’s been cancelled from today and they will refund me the money from the later day. I was little disappointed and couldn’t be bothered calling back to them.
Great service and easy to use
Very dissatisfied with customer service received. My son passed his test today and wanted to change his insurance from provisional to full. He rang twice and they said they were too busy to deal with it and would call back by 8.00pm. No phone call returned. Very disappointed will not recommend. My son wanted to drive his car and was unable too. Never come across an insurance company that doesn't deal with you there and then.

Easy and affordable, also thorough
Extremely long winded process. I was on a family multi car policy 4 years ago. A family member had a accident and sky belived I was involved, they made me phone every insurance company I’d been with over the last 5 years to ask them to confirm I wasn’t involved even though I have 5 years no claims bonus. So far I can’t comment on what the insurance is like but my experience so far is enough to put me off from renewing next year

Had insurance with these guys for a few years now . Cheaper than the rest on jap sports cars Never needed to claim so i cannot comment on that . But seems sky insurance loves modded cars . A fantastic customer service . Always polite . I would happily use again n again if the level of service does not drop
