Eveytime I phoned, didn't have to wait long to get through to an operator and everyone I dealt with the very helpful and polite. Even went out of their way to help when I made an error on my quote and need to make changes. Great service, would highly recommend.

Best price and excellent customer service

Always go above and beyond. Very helpful and friendly service by knowledgeable staff. Would thoroughly recomend to anyone, especially those with import, unusual or modified cars. There is a reason i have used them for years.

After getting a quote via comparison website I telephoned Sky Insurance to clarify further information about the policy and they were excellent and explained everything I wanted or needed to know before buying.

Having previously had a very satisfactory experience with sky insurance, went for a 2nd and filled in the forms, paid the premium, before being told I couldn't have cover for my child because I was insured for MY car.... Absolutely laughable...!! And although it took 3 seconds to take my money it was going to take 5 days to give it back...

Very unprofessional waited 30mins for someone to answer the phone, Asked for buy insurance for my son for his birthday for a surprise, and they said no can’t insurance because their is no quote. Even so what can you offer business is business, well their loss I will be going some where else knowing you where recommend

It is pot luck every year when it comes to car insurance renewal. This year was no different. Switched from Chris Knott to Sky Insurance, who were very professional to deal with. Quote came in at my lowest ever for the car, even with all cosmetic mods. Cannot fault their customer service at all, however next year will of course really tell whether it is worth 5 stars or not.

Definitely one of the better experiences I have had communicating with an insurance company. Quote seemed reasonable when compared to others provided elsewhere. Customer service was better than most and I was put through to the same person when calling twice in one day, which made things easier.
