Great website with understandable UX and market prices
I wanted to sell my cs go skins fast and with marketable price, this website was amazing for this task

Skins.Cash receives a mix of feedback from its users, with many praising the platform for its speed and reliability. Reviewers frequently highlight the fast transactions, often receiving money in less than 30 minutes, and appreciate the ease of use, describing the website as nice and functional. However, a significant number of customers express dissatisfaction regarding the accuracy of the information on the site, claiming that they do not receive what is promised, particularly concerning the money deposited into their accounts. Complaints also arise about high fees and slow withdrawal processes, with some users feeling misled by customer support. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment leans positive, as many users trust the service and find it generally effective.

Actually useless. I sold my item for €850 on their site and got an email saying the price would go down after the 7-day trade hold, even though the price stayed exactly the same the whole time. When the sale went through, I only received €641 in SkinCash balance, even though I specifically selected Visa payout. Now I am forced to withdraw from that internal balance and get hit with another fee just to send it to my card, even though that is what I chose from the start. I also cannot get my item back, since I already did a trade reversal per their request, and now I would have to wait 30 days to get it returned and then another 7 days before I can sell again. So in short: Sold for €850 but received €641. Cannot get the item back. Extra withdrawal fees just to use my own money. Feels like a complete scam and a massive waste of time. Be very careful. The process is misleading, the payout system is confusing on purpose, and support does not make any of this clear up front.
I don’t understand why you have two fields in the PIX payment option, PIX CPF and PIX key, if the money is not going to be sent to the PIX key. I didn’t receive my money because you didn’t send it to my PIX key. If both fields need to be filled with the same value, then just provide one field and specify that it must be the CPF.
I sold my cs inventory and it was around 47$ and then i added my paypal and didnt receive any money afterwards they added money to my wallet then i added my visa card and instead of getting 47$ they withdrew 47$ out of my account, they are a literal scam
Don’t use this service, they changed the price of an item that had already been sold and forced me to either accept the new (lower) price or take my skin back, even though the deal was already completed.
I sold a knife with a card payment option. It was supposed to be within 5 business days, but the money arrived in 2. Yes, their commission is high and their prices are slightly lower than other sites, but we don't evaluate the price, as you agree to the price when selling, but rather the site's safety and trustworthiness. 5 stars, they picked it up quickly, and they credited the money quickly. I recommend it.
Awesome site to sell your skins. Im using it from opening
Tras acordar un pago de 150 euros por unos aspectos, ahora casi a punto de recibir yo el pago ellos arbitrariamente deciden que se baja la cantidad de dinero a darle. Un timo completamente y pondré una denuncia a protección al consumidor timadores
Can you fix Xsolla because i can't buy faceit premium
It is fundamentally illegal under both UK and EU consumer law for a company to offer a sales contract and then unilaterally change the terms after the consumer has accepted and agreed to them. This constitutes a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, both of which require terms to be transparent and binding once agreed. Currently, they are offering consumers a choice: accept a reduced payout or have their skins sent back at a loss, which causes significant financial harm. Such practices are unfair, exploitative, and potentially unlawful. Personally, I rely on this payout to cover urgent medical expenses, and I know others are similarly affected by these unfair arrangements, risking substantial financial hardship. I strongly advise all affected consumers to stand up against these practices and consider taking legal action, including pursuing claims in court. The law is clear: such unilateral post-contract price reductions are illegal, and consumers have the right to seek redress. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with their support team and escalate the issue, I continuously received only standard, copy-and-paste responses which I expect to see under this one. This lack of genuine engagement is unacceptable and indicative of their avoidance of legal responsibility. In conclusion: If you believe your rights have been violated, consult a legal professional and consider taking the matter to a small claims court. The law is on your side, and success is likely if you pursue a claim for breach of contract and unfair trading practices.
Actually, I didn't know anything about this website before - but vow, what a catch. These guys actually are trying to deal with Steam's 7-day payments and start paying cash immediately, like it was before that big summer update. And yes, I know that some of their competitors started doing that too - but I did some research, here you can get more than anywhere. So yeah, I recommend it.
I was scammed out of my money, they changed their TOS after I sold my skins, saying I agreed to a contract I never even saw. Previously, there was nothing that authorized them to change prices after the finalization of a trade, however now they’re saying that I won’t get full price for my item, and will only get 20% of what was originally offered. I only realized this AFTER my payment was sent, and it’s not even enough for half of the price of my item at current prices. WTF? This is a direct breach of contract law and isn’t even close to the item’s current price, regardless of how much it crashed. Support is useless and instantly closes my tickets. On another note, most of the positive reviews seem to be very basic and faked.

I don't understand these negative reviews because they always transferred the money.
The signing up was a little bit of a process (I'm a total noob when it comes to these things) but after I was all set up the process is so easy and so long as there's no holds (for example steam will put holds of trades for various reasons), payouts are super quick.
They are fine with ripping you off until its you using them to sell your skins while the market is crashing, they will update the TOS which already contradicts itself and outright lie to stay in business. just take the loss and move on. My items haven't been on a trade hold for 2 days and I'm yet to see any money or my skins back.
terrible experience with skin.cash… they advertise themselves as the fastest and best-paying platform, but i’ll tell you this: it’s better to lose 2 dollars with a more trustworthy company than to deal with skin.cash and its hidden, misleading payment deadline rules. first, they almost charged a 20% fee on my entire skin sale just because my steam guard app wasn’t active. second, they promised payment on the 7th day according to steam’s tradelock policy, fine, i waited. but yesterday made it seven days, and today, one day later, the status shows “paid” at 7:30 a.m. with an expected arrival at 9:30 a.m., and now it’s 4 p.m. and still no payment. and keep in mind, i chose a payment method from my country called pix, which processes transfers instantly. in short, something that’s already slow due to steam’s security rules becomes even worse with skins.cash, they’ve already taken my skins without sending the payment :) guys, i don’t recommend it. stay far away from this site and go for options like cs.money. those are real professionals.
best website
Great option if u wana sell skins
Shady marketing. I was asking minutes after the sale, if the balance will stay the same, and if it wont change during the trade protection. I was told by support that it will stay the same, and that they wont change any sum. Lie. And about the "We offer to manually send the items back in 7 days?" Complete lie. The support only told me to reverse the trade through steam. So now I'm stuck with 30 day tradeban on steam thanks to your platform + i got permanently banned from csfloat, as i had another sale there, that was made after i assured myself with support on skins cash. Totally unprofessional move from your site. Is it illegal? No. Is it unfair? Heck yeah. But what did i expect from company located in Cyprus, always looking for holes in law to get around the best. At least people can see how you don't care about your reputation. Shame on you.
