I bought a pair of trainers. Very happy with my discounted item.

Ordered Adidas trainers two weeks ago, promised delivery at the end of each week but nothing arrived. All I got was two “how did we do emails”. Refunded. Won’t go back

I ordered Nike Rift Ironstone and paid £120 with credit card. Received dispatch notice, then told were out for delivery with EVRI, waited in - then told parcel had 'an exception' would have to be be delivered next day. Waited in. Nothing arrived. No further notifications. Then after a further three days with no delivery or update on EVRI tracking portal waited an hour on the phone to talk to customer services. Told the parcel was lost and item no longer in stock. Size offered an immediate refund which will take a further 5 days to process. However, the item is still listed on the website in my size and it is possible to place another order (though doubtless nothing will arrive). My impression is the company are taking orders for trainers they are unable to deliver, leaving customers like myself without their goods or without credit in the bank to go anywhere else. I would advise customers to think twice before shopping with this company. At best they are unreliable. At worst they may have a cashflow issue and thus relying on sharp practice to keep credit in the bank

Zeer slechte service – geen hulp bij hun eigen fout Ik heb een bestelling gedaan bij Size en deze is op het verkeerde adres bezorgd. Toen het pakket uiteindelijk veel te laat bij mij terechtkwam, bleek de inhoud verkeerd te zijn. Omdat de retourtermijn inmiddels verstreken was (door hun fout), kreeg ik geen retourlabel en geen hulp om het probleem op te lossen. Nu moet ik bijna €500 betalen voor producten waar ik niets mee kan. Bovendien hebben ze mijn e-mailcontact zelfs afgesloten, waardoor ik niet eens meer normaal met ze kan communiceren, tenzij ik een hele nieuwe case aanmaak. Dit is echt de slechtste service die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Ze hadden dit heel eenvoudig kunnen oplossen door mee te denken en een retourlabel te sturen. In plaats daarvan laten ze de klant opdraaien voor hun eigen fouten. Absoluut geen aanrader!

Size clearly have something wrong with there it systems either on the website or in their warehouse. Ordered a size 9, got confirmation or the ordered size 9 but delivered a size 10 and delivery note listed a 10!!!!!

I was visiting London and discovered in another store a pair of shoes that, sadly, was not available in my size. Same in the London Carnaby St. size? store I visited shortly after... Fortunately, it was available on size? website so I ordered it and asked for an in-store delivery, where I was able to pick it up a few days later, before coming home. Perfect!
