Been using Simpletire for my family's vehicles for the past two years. They consistently offer competitive prices and the tires have performed well. Customer service responded quickly when I had a question about my order. The installation network they work with is reliable too.
Had an issue with my tire size compatibility and their customer service team was incredibly helpful. They walked me through the options and even called me back to confirm everything was correct before shipping. Tires performed great through the winter season.
Found exactly what I needed for my SUV at a reasonable price. The tire selection is impressive and the website is user-friendly. However, shipping took 6 days instead of the promised 3-4 days, which was inconvenient since I needed them quickly. Overall satisfied with the purchase though.
The tires themselves are good quality and pricing is competitive. Website is easy to navigate. However, one tire arrived with a small cosmetic defect and it took several phone calls to get a replacement sorted out. Eventually they made it right but the process was frustrating.
Website made it super easy to find the right tires for my truck. Love that they show you compatible options based on your vehicle.
Shopped around extensively and Simpletire had the best deal on Michelin tires for my sedan. No complaints about quality or delivery.
Needed affordable tires for my older car and found a good set here. They're not premium but definitely good enough for my needs and the price was right.
Found the tires I needed at a fair price. The selection is good and checkout process is smooth. However, the tracking information could be more detailed and I wish they offered more premium shipping options for urgent needs.
Ordering was straightforward and tires arrived as promised. My only complaint is that the nearest installation partner was 25 miles away, which wasn't very convenient. Wish they had more local options in rural areas.
This is my third purchase from Simpletire and they continue to deliver good value. The website remembers my vehicle info which makes reordering simple. Installation partners have always done quality work.
Ordered a set of all-season tires for my Honda Civic and they arrived in just 3 days. The prices were significantly lower than what my local tire shop quoted me. Installation was smooth at the recommended shop they connected me with.
While the tire prices are competitive, my delivery was delayed twice without proper notification. Had to call customer service to track down my order. The tires are fine quality but the logistics need improvement.
