The plunger didn’t work and so I didn’t get my dose, I left a message with customer support but I don’t know how long I will wait for a reply and my dose is due NOW!!

Still not received my order,very slow

I've had a few problems with Nausea over the past month or two so thought I'd give the online pharmacy a call and spoke to Olivia. She was full of advice and sensible solutions but came to the same conclusion. I need to drop the dosage a level. The Pharmacy was very supportive and Olivia was very professional, friendly and gave me confidence in my plan. I highly recommend Simple Online Pharmacy as their staff are supportive and always look for way to continue with my treatment in a way that agrees with me.

It was lost in the post. I emailed your CS approximately 20 times over the course of 2 weeks to sporadic responses. I had to take to your Instagram to get an answer. You told me I received DPD instructions and asked for it to be returned to you, which I didn’t, later you saying it was actually lost in the post. Disappointing, I’d always had good CS in the past but this was crazy. It ended up being approx 20 days late. My last email regarding compensation has of course fallen on deaf ears to no response…
