I orderd and paid for my wegovy injection to be deliverd last monday Recived an email to say that my order had been put on hold untill I speak to the Pharmacy,I was pleased to hear that they are monitoring me-no problem. made appoinmenton their web sight for the coming Wednesday-didnt recive a call or message,so I went on line again and made a further appoinment for today(Monday)--never recived a call but a further message saying that they are busy and make another appoinment. i phoned them up directley and spoke to someone who said that they had TRIED TO RING ME--this is not correct as I have had my phone next to me waiting for the call,the lady was helpfull and said she will get somone to ring but could not give me a time. i have just recived a message on my phone say they had tried to ring me and can i make an appoinment to speak to them. Has this happend to anyone els? will keep you updated on whathappens next.
