Despite the recent heat wave, they got my medication to me after ordering online with an icepack which was still actually frozen! 1st class, safe online pharmacy to deal with. Very happy customer.

The process for ordering the product was quick and easy. However when the pen arrived there were no needles included, this would have been a bigger issue but thankfully my partner ordered at the same time and hers arrived with them. When coming to price match ensure you do it with a good bit of time to spare as the process can take over a week and you may still be waiting for your code.

No contact! So after 5 emails, numerous calls since Sunday, I still haven’t heard anything back as my delivered wasn’t delivered to my home address. As soon as I realised the parcel wasn’t left in my shed, as instructed earlier I let Simple and DPD know. DPD said take it up with Simple. I have done…but been ignored since my first email and ticket number.

I’ve been with Simple Online since the start of my weight loss journey and they’ve been right by my side all the way. I’ve had online video consultations for advice and guidance and have always felt that they’ve been more than an online drug store. I’ve recently discovered price matching and would advise anyone starting a journey of their own has to factor in the long term costs. You can’t expect to loose weight and simply stop taking the medication. The journey is a well paced, careful step by step process and it can take a long time to adjust and get your body to where it needs to be. As I say I’m still on that journey. I would have awarded 5 stars but felt a little uncomfortable with the time lapse from making the payment before receiving confirmation. I realise there is an absolute need for medical scrutiny but it would be nice to have some indication that there would be a time lapse particularly as my first order was approved within the hour
