Extremely poor communication. Would not send mounjaro because of apparent lack of information they already had. Messed up my mounjaro journey and I put ON WEIGHT I am extremely disappointed in the company and it's communication and treatment 9f customer when mounjaro is time sensitive.

Good delivery but very disappointed that no discounts are offered, loyalty not rewarded.

The ease & simplicity of ordering is great. You're kept up to date with your order. Always arrives when expected & very useful, welcome reminders to reorder when/just before you need to. A very trust worthy pharmacy/site. The only negatives, I'd say - was no option of a sharps box to contain used needles & received alcohol wipes with the first order but not the second order. No Biggie but as I was expecting them, I hadn't bought any so had none in the house. All in all a very good service with great pricing.

No hassel great company

Started very well,done ordered 2.5mg Mounjaro pen read online advice about using alongside a diet and exercise and had fantastic results.All good. Had text about renewing the Mounjaro and clicked on link was first asked for £250 which seemed high check ed online saw price £138 went back to link and price was then £305 . Went back on line and tied to log in ,with no joy. Went on help line and was in there AI help at customer number one for 2hours.While waiting found number and finally got to talk to somebody.Was told the reason could not log in was because they they had email as @google.com and not @gmail.com when asked if it was possible my account had been hacked just no must have been my end.Not good, but things happen helped in allowing me to login thanks very much back on track. Now the real problem starts renew pen to 5mg as per advise of their website sent new pictures weight and then was told my order was on hold.Was told had to do a telephone consultation but could not get one until 3days after jab was due which if approved would mean would not be having jab until 5 days after due date. Rang and got appointment for next day and my god what a joke.Told was losing to much and I should eat carbs even though I was doing a keto diet ,that I must eat protein for breakfast instead of the fruit I am eating and didn’t seem to understand that the reason for losing 2stone in 4 weeks had a lot to do with not drinking at all as well as diet and exercise.Told money will be refunded between 5 and 10working days (was out of my account with in seconds of payment). Truly the worst online experience ever had Stand by everything already said. Would say simple pharmacy was very polite when contacted me about complaints and did apologies for my experience,but mst add how disappointed I was with there consultation and the awful diet advice given
